DitherMaster Studio Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies only to the DitherMaster Studio application for macOS, developed by Grave Hammer Games.
No automatic data collection
DitherMaster Studio does not automatically collect, transmit, store, or share personal data. The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party tracking SDKs. No account is required.
The only data DitherMaster Studio sends to Grave Hammer Games is information you optionally and deliberately submit through Help → Report Bug…, as described below.
Images and local processing
Images you open and content you create are processed locally on your Mac. During normal use, DitherMaster Studio does not upload your images or exported files to Grave Hammer Games or any third party.
Optional bug reports
DitherMaster Studio provides an optional Help → Report Bug… feature. Nothing is sent merely by opening or using the app; a report is transmitted only after you choose to submit it.
The report and any information you provide with it are stored solely to investigate, diagnose, and resolve software bugs. Bug-report data is not used for advertising or tracking and is not sold. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for bug diagnostics. Please do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in a report.
Mac App Store
Apple may process information related to downloading, purchasing, or updating the app under Apple's Privacy Policy. This processing is provided by Apple and is separate from DitherMaster Studio.
Support requests
If you contact us by email or Discord, you voluntarily provide the information contained in your message. We use it only to respond to and resolve your request. Please do not include confidential or sensitive images. Messages sent through Discord are also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
DitherMaster Studio does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If DitherMaster Studio's privacy practices change, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
